Refuge recorded a 61% increase in calls to their helpline in 2020/ 2021. BBC news cited Domestic Violence as the ‘epidemic underneath the pandemic’. TUTTI TUTTI aim to make an unavoidable short film that sparks conversation about the lengths people can be forced to go to in toxic situations where the system set up to protect them consistently fails.

QUE SERA was shot in Suffolk and TUTTI TUTTI partnered with local businesses; The Lighthouse Charity, The New Wolsey Theatre, Renaissance Hair, Suffolk College and Spring Road Pharmacy. Our aim was to engage people from the area as well as to provide work experience for local young people.

During pre-production writer/ director Sophia Capasso ran the Ipswich half Marathon to raise money for the Lighthouse shelter, who work towards a domestic violence free future. We aim to do charity screenings in support of shelters and conversations surrounding domestic violence and sisterhood in the future
